For this purpose, data on the following parameters will be collected:

  • Soil cores

By synthesising the results, the abundant nematode species will be identified morphologically and some will be used for genome sequencing. To this end, the partners plan to carry out the following work:

  • Procurement of soil cores
  • Processing four of these cores for the extraction of nematodes
  • Identifying the most abundant taxa and retain these for genome sequencing
