  2. Genetic differentiation among plots within exploratories is caused by different environmental conditions and different forest management histories.
  3. Limited seed dispersal of beech results in fine-scale spatial genetic structures within plots depending on the silvicultural treatment of stands and aspects of stand structure such as species mixtures.
